Ooh, yum!!! We haven't had those for awhile. Now that you've mentioned them, it's on my list to pick up some baby Yukon Golds (I know the recipe calls for reds, but that's our variation) at the farmers' market and make hot crash potatoes this weekend. Woo-hoo!!! :tongue

I make them and sprinkle fresh garlic and parmesan on them as well as the herbs. My kids love them.

I just found a recipe and I think I'll make some this week

Have any of you ever made spoon bread? I forget to buy the ingredients.
