not all guys know about cars. I dated a man who didn't even know how to check his oil. I stopped dating him really quick!

Mr. Rosie's a fairly capable mechanic. Our cars rarely if ever go to the shop. He usually fixes them and he was able to fix this one. It was a loose cable or belt or something. (I obviously dont' know ANYTHING about cars)

His dad was a mechanic in the Army for over 20 years. He learned from his dad and can fix most anything. Lawnmowers, blowdryers, etc. The only real problems he has is all the computer stuff that's in today's cars.

    So I'm mobile again.

Yes and he's been strutting around going ARG, ARG, ARG, in his best Tim the Toolman Taylor impression.

Why is it that I can do 6 loads of laundry, clean the house, take 2 hours to make a fabulous dinner, but do not feel the need to crow about it the rest of the week like he does when he fixes a belt or something in the car???

Hope you feel better soon Amy Lee. I've had a cold since Friday and didn't even log onto the FORT until today. Last week we had temps go down into the upper 30s at night and I think that is what did me in. I told hubby I was going to turn on the heat since I was chilled to the bone.

My hubby is a "mr. fixit" with ANYTHING! At times, that's not so good, because just when you think you're getting something new cause it's broken down, he fixes it.
