Happy Canada Day !!

:hiya Just wanted to wish my fellow Canadian Forters a very HAPPY CANADA DAY!

What is everyone doing this weekend? I'm going to celebrate with my sweetie; go to the park, play tennis, enjoy fireworks, make fireworks :blush, ahem, enjoy the nice weather.

I hope everyone has fun and has a very SAFE weekend. Be careful out there on the highways, on the lakes, and in the campgrounds. :)

My sister is coming out to the coast! Yeah!! I have to work on Monday, but it will be great to see the big sis and get a much-needed hug. Might even barbecue.

I am having the best Canada day ever! I am going to my daughter's grad ceremonies under the beautiful BC skies, then heading to a family wedding in Ottawa, our nation's capital. Hugs to you giz....and a Happy Canada Day to everyone!

I will do the same thing I do every year since I moved to the US. Wear all my Canadian gear and wish everyone I see a Happy Canada Day.
My friends and family send me hats, shirts, pins, tattoos, shorts, flags everything with the flag on it they can find every year around this time. This year my 4 year old (who knows she is half Canadian) has some Canadian stuff too so we will do it up together!

I'll actually be spending Canada Day (and the 4th of July) in Cape Cod, but this thread just reminded me to pin my rhinestone maple leaf brooch to my sun hat in honour of my beloved home.
