    Thanks for the welcome, Shayla.
You are welcome for the welcome, sheela. I'm still a noobie, by certain standards, but have gotten pretty comfy here. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help settle you into the FoRT digs.

    Thanks for the compliment!

Thanks, Shayla. I can use all the help I can get, never having been on a message board or in a chat room before.

I promise we won't bite. Most of us.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

I've never been on a message board too but it's great fun here. Everyone's nice and really cool.

    Hi all-

My screenname is a nickname that isnt used very often by my friends, even though they came up with it.

There is a song, by Del the Funky Homo Sapien that starts out with a "PA" announcer paging "Mr Dobolina....Mr Bob Dobolina to the front please" and then samples that same page throughout the song. My name is Bob, and a friend of mine was playing that song one day when I came over. I walked in right after the "page" had gone out, everyone in the room laughed and started calling me Mr Dobolina.

The rest, as they say, is history.

It's not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you.
