Prices keep dropping. Hubby filled up at $2.99/gal., and that was for premium. Regular prices are around $2.69 now.

We saw $2.11 in Omaha. We live about 35 miles from there and paid $2.29.

How long has it been since that happened? I honestly can't remember the last time we saw it cheaper than it is right now. I'm hoping your good luck extends down this way.

You guys are making me very sad. The prices in Utah aren't going down. They have dropped maybe 5 cents. We average $2.92. The disgusting thing is the oil companies are saying that it is because we don't rely on outside oil, we use what we pump here in the state. Well, then explain why our gas shot up with the rest of the country after Katrina. Then they said it was because of shortages caused by the hurricane. Last I checked, Utah didn't get hurricanes, and Katrina didn't hit us at all. Jerks.

It's been dropping steadily for over a couple of weeks now. A week ago it was $2.57 at home, so I was all happy filling my car in Omaha for $2.46.

It cost about $40 to fill our tank yesterday. I was shocked. I remember it being about $15 less than that.

$1.94 today. Can you believe it? I actually wondered if I'd ever see it below $2 again in my lifetime.
