Looking for Rules for the card game "Huckle Buck"

I hope this is okay to post in this forum.

I am looking for someone who might know how to play the card game "Huckle Buck" or "Huckly Buck?" It is the same game just a variation on the name. I have searched the internet with NO luck.
Mr.redjdv knew the rules years ago but cannot recall them now.
