These two gems are from Mary Poppins:

"Enough is as good as a feast."

    b) It was like that when I got here.
    c) Nobody told me.

Similarly, for loving relationships...."don't do anything that you wouldn't do if your significant other was in the same room"

Say good night to your bad day.

2 things I have posted here at work to get me thru when I'm having a bad day:

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch.

Life at work is like a tree full of monkeys, all on different limbs at different levels. Some monkeys are climbing up, some are climbing down. The monkeys on top look down and see a tree full of smiling faces. The monkeys on the bottom look up and see nothing but assholes.

Not quite as profound as some other postings on here but they still get the point across!!!

    bbnbama- LOVE it!
I might as well work. I'm in a bad mood anyway.

Oh, that's a Classic!!! I've already copied and pasted it to my dear ones, so they can "enjoy the view from the bottom branch!"

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
