    Cereal Junkies United

    Okay everyone I know I'm not the only one here who is a cereal junkie, This is my comfort food , my zone, my my security blanket. It's stupid, but so what! Everybody out there has a favorite cereal. Me I have about 20 along with a certain bowl and spoon only I can use. If anyone touches them, they are DEAD. Right now I've been binging on Cocoa Krispies...don't let me be alone, what are you in to??
    In these times of Greatness, what is better than being a Bostonian? Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics (NO. 5anyone?) and I'll even give props to the Black N Gold!!!

    Post's Cranberry Almond Crunch. I ate an entire box between Saturday morning and Sunday night. With half-and-half and sliced banana. I will diet next week.

    I ate a whole box of Raisin Bran Crunch in a day last week and Froot Loops before that.

    Lucky Charms are my weakness. I cannot have a big (normal) size box of these in the house or they will be eaten asap. I have to buy the mini boxes of mixed and matches with only one box of Lucky Charms included.

    I honestly think that it's made of crack. I can't stop eating it, either.

    Quaker Oat squares never lasted in my house, my daughter and I fought over them, I could'nt keep up, so I don't buy them anymore.

    I am 100% addicted to cereal, I love the stuff. I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who can polish off an entire box in a day. My favorites right now are frosted shredded mini wheats, the soggier the better. I also always love frosted flakes, delicious!

    I also look forward every year to Halloween time when I can purchase Frankinberry cereal, I love that stuff!

    Pre-diabetes I LOVED Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Krispies OR Cocoa Puffs.

    I always had sugared cereal as a snack, not so much for breakfast.

    I splurge on the lower sugar/splenda sweetened cocoa puffs every once in a while.

    LOVE cereal. And I LOVE hot cereal too - Cream of Rice, Cream of Wheat.
