EEK! I dreamed about the bad neighbors last night. I dreamed they had a trampoline and put it in our yard and I complained about it and they moved it, but put other junk in our yard in its place.

It's bad enough I have to deal with them occasionally, I don't want to dream about them.

I just met my NEWEST new nieghbors! Not the ones next door, or the other new ones next door on the other side, but a new set of new neighbors who will be living kitty korner to me! They are a nice young couple (with a big kitty

) who had to get some City ordinance changes approved by us. They are demolishing the current bungalow and garage and building a brand new two-story with a new and bigger garage in the spring. Since the back of their home extends farther into their yard than permitted, it needs an ok. And they want their new, but bigger, garage on the same place as the current one, but the City wants it pushed back into their yard which makes no sense to me. So I happily signed off on their application!

I'm so glad the energy has changed here and we are getting new, young and happy people. When I first moved into my home, everyone around me was sick, dying, divorcing, angry, and unhappy. I was sick, so I fit right in. But I put in a request for the energy of my home to change so my health has improved and it has helped improve that of all my neighbors.

I'm sure my mother's neighbors love her! she won a yard makeover and got a beautiful vinyle privacy fence. Her dream was to do her gardening back there nekid! I thought she was kidding.

she wasn't kidding. Thanks goodness the lots are far enough apart but one house can probably get a show from one of thier upstair windows when ma is puttering around in one section of the backyard. we now call before we come to mom's house in the summer

Your mom and I sound like nekkid-as-a-jaybirds of a feather. I haven't been out there totally nude yet, but I frequently garden in my underwear. I've made reference to that in here before, but I don't think people believe me.

Gabriel, can't they put on a nice Dean Martin record? Some people have no taste!

Most of my neighbors are really nice... there is one couple that's a little quiet, keeps to themselves and don't socialize much with the other people (but that's OK). They're a little lazy. It's snowed the past few days and I've noticed that they keep both their very nice and new cars on the street. So they spend every morning scraping all the snow off the cars, when they've got a nice big garage. Turns out that they filled the garage with crap from their old house when they moved in about 3 years ago.

I'm not sure why they don't either throw all that stuff out or donate it somewhere...but there you go. My neighbors...

snickertink: Those vinyl fences are lovely but really expensive! My one neighbor put one up on the outside of their corner lot. He said it cost a small fortune and would never do it again. It just looks so nice!

I think I would get cold trying to garden nekked! And the birds and squirrels would laugh so hard I'd have to run into the house in embarassment!

gabriel: I'm sorry you have to listen to techno-crap music. Dean is definitely better. Do you know the people who live above you?

I guess I could play my music at a fair volume if I wanted, but the kitties and I are so used to peace and quiet (mostly because we snooze and nap so often) that if I even put on the stereo for a CD or the radio, it's feels very loud and out of place. I guess we've all just become sensitive to noise!

No I don't know my neighbor, but it only happened a few times, I think when she cleans. (which is usually late evenings) If it becomes a hassle I will just ask my landlord to toss her out. He's done that before for someone that irritated me. I get back at her though by cleaning at 10:00 on a Sunday morning, which isn't early, but to a party goer heh heh heh....

I think that when you live in an apartment building or complex or condo, that they should have a section for the nightowls and a section for the early birds and ask you that on your application. That way, the people that stay up light aren't bothering anyone and the early birds aren't either. But unfortunately (or fortunately,
