It's been a loooonnnggg time since I've been to a Halloween COSTUME party (just reg. parties). But I am going to one this year, in a costume but right now I am clueless as to what it will be.

ooh!!! costume parties are fun! my friend has one every year!!! we win fun prizes for the best costume AND we have a pumpkin carving contest AND we make caramel apples!!!

omg, i am so old to be so excited about this!

    kylie,
any ideas at all what you want to be?

i'm telling ya, if all else fails, put on tons of makeup (especially mascara) then splash your face or step into the shower and let the makeup run down your face a bit, then put on your sluttiest clothes, tease your hair and be a washed up porn star. i really liked that one and it was a BIG hit! hehe!! (granted i did stuff my bra to like a double F)

    Paulie,
Go as Buddy Holly. One of my favorite glasses wearing men.

Sher! Love that idea, that's hilarious! Heck, I'm halfway there as not TOO much stuffing would be necessary.

My bf and I had actually been thinking of a Lois Lane/Clark Kent type thing. We can't think of any other "cool" pairs. Or maybe we haven't tried hard enough!

    Kylie,
I saw a yin/yang costume on one of the halloween sites. Each person gets a half of the costume. They also had a bear and pizza combo. Hehe!

Oh, geez. Another top-heavy hottie on this site! I'm surrounded...and in heaven.

Good call on the Buddy Holly suggestion, too, Feifer! I'm going to have to put some serious thought into these good suggestions.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

    Paulie,
I am glad you liked the Buddy Holly idea. It is not so far from Elvis costello either. So if you go as buddy and there is another, then you can say...."Hey, I am elvis costello." Hehe!

I think I will go as Maleficent the evil witch/dragon in sleeping Beauty. My hubby will go as a midevil knight. Fun fun!

My daughter and her friend are going as thing one and thing two from cat in the hat.

Paulie maybe you could go as which ever mousekateer (sp?) wore glasses. All you need then is a long sleeved white t-shirt, mouse ears, jeans and write your name in black real big across your shirt!
