Thank you so much Ana - maybe one day I'll figure it out
Here are my boys, George and Yukon. Yukon is a Great Pyrenees rescue I've had for 4 years. He weighs 110 pounds which is pretty small for a pyr and thinks he's a lap dog.
George . . . . well I don't know what George is. He's got some lab in him I'm sure, but have no idea what else. My ex-husband found him way off the road where someone had put him out. It was late June in hot and humid NC with no water and no food. He was eating crickets to stay alive and I know this because I saw him right after we got him. This has a good ending but he was so thin, he couldn't hold himself up, was covered in fleas and ticks (pulled them off for one hour) and blind. I am proud to say he has not had a flea or tick on him in the 3 years I've ahd him, weighs 75 pounds (is actually on a diet) is the happiest dog I've ever seen (note the tail wag and smile in the picture). He is still blind but knows sit, down, play dead, roll over and plays fetch. He listens for where the ball drops and weaves back and forth until he finds it.
and I have one more, (will post her tomorrow). Her name is Emma and she is a yorkie.
