I have a glass shower door and I just use a generic spray glass cleaner. That and a lot of elbow grease with a Scotch rescue pad.

Thanks for the info, Leo. I cleaned them all today using the water/alcohol and they came out great.

If there's a lot of build-up: Soft Scrub on a scouring pad and rinse really well. After you've done that, apply Rain-X (the stuff you use on car windshields). Everything glides right off and your doors will sparkle.

I have a story that tells how much I HATE cleaning the shower.

When we first moved in here we had glass shower doors. Never having been around them, I didn't realize until about a year later that they needed to be cleaned, I just thought they were "naturally cloudy" :) When I figured out it was soap scum, I got a razor blade and scraped off the scum. It was amazing the difference.

I have also been known to use the new Mr. Clean Magic Eraser -- works wonders !:nod

Anyone have a good idea for cleaners that really work well for cleaning that nasty dirty bathtub ring??
