I'm excited, my first boat.
It's a 21' Wellcraft, and it was pretty inexpensive, but it's a good entry-level boat.

Dude, rock on. And congratulations.
Congrats John!! For water skiing? Or fishing? Or both??
I wish I lived back in the Midwest where there are lakes-a-plenty and I could go fishing from a boat instead of wading into freezing, rushing water to continually be fly-casting. Not that Fly-fishing isn't enjoyable, but man, I am used to fishing from a boat...where the beer is handy and you can always lean back for a snooze.

It's not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you.
Congratulations, John. Is it for fishing, skiing, or just hanging out?
Mostly for skiing and cruising around in. I live less than a mile from Lake Michigan, so it's good for anything.
Good luck with it John! If you ever come east, I live right near the Hudson River - we could sail to NYC!
What's the rest of the name of it? My-________
We should fill in the blank! (or are you renaming it?)
Enjoy!!
My.....Floating FoRT???
Or Fort away from FoRT??

Very nice indeed. I wish you a great summer (and many more) on the Lake.
