I resolve to eat more fruits and vegetables this year. I find when I eat the nutritious good stuff, I'm less likely to crave the "bad" stuff.

Does anyone remember the resolutions they made last year? I actually managed to keep one of mine, which is pretty amazing for me. I resolved to drink more water, and I do, I drinks gallsons (or it just seems like it). And I almost like it now.

I don't usuall make them, and I can't remember if I did or not last year.

I resolve to do something more about stress this year.

My new year resolutions is to help the poor people by giving food and money. Also love all the people who hate me. I always keep up my new year resolutions.
