Does Cookies take up a lot of memory on your computer? Or create pop-ups?

i dont think they make pop ups, but i am not sure. Pop ups might create cookies though. You can get a good pop up blocker for free online or for fairly cheap at stores. Cookies do take up memory on your comp... depends how many you have (how many sites you visit) on how much memory it takes up. i have noticed at times when i did not do maintenance on my comp that when i delete cookies, temp files and history it can speed up my comp a good bit, so i would think they can take up a good bit of space.
