The t-shirts that make me laugh when I see them are the ones that just have a random sentence on them that probably means something to the person wearing it & means nothing whatsoever to random people reading it... I have a really weird sense of humor. I saw one guy with a funny t-shirt, I don't know exactly why I thought it was so funny (probably because it made NO sense...).

It was black I think & it had this ONE sentence on it, starting with a BIG font then it got smaller and smaller as if it was disappearing....

    It said something like:

"I can't go to sleep, the clowns are gonna get me"

It's funny that I remember it, it was so random & such a random sentence, I pointed it out to my husband & he just shook his head and just added it to my long list of "nuttyness" lol ....

Anyhow... I found the "simple sentence" t-shirts to be funny. Like an expression you use a lot or something....
"He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how."

I saw a one sentence t-shirt the other day that cracked me up....

    "Where are my flying Monkey's?"

Then again I immediately knew what it was referencing.

I would put your favorite song one line quote on it.

Or... something silly like "I Like Cheese." (Insert your own goofy *like*... like "I like mad bananas")

I used to spray paint (in different colors) safety pins of all sizes and pin them randomly all over my t's, back when punk was cool the first time. You can hang ins off of other pins, bunch the shirt up in places, whatever; it looked pretty cool.
I have also recently though about getting all kinds, colors, and sizes of buttons and sewing them on all over. I might even eventually do this, because I there are all kinds of cool buttons you caN buy and I actually have a good head start because so many clothes come with a spare, and I always throw those in a junk drawer.
I have found the Truth and it doesn't make sense.

I saw one the other day that read "What are you looking at?"

I like Broadway's suggestions - something more personalized that has meaning for just you but looks witty to anyone else reading it.
