    I'm not a big believer in John Edward. But the bible does specifically mention instances of people contacting the dead through mediums like him. It says this is a no-no & should be avoided.

    Ouija boards really amaze me. The fact that most of them are made by Parker Brothers is just too funny. I remember one time my Monopoly board scared the crap out of me.

    Well, I believe in the soul, the small of a woman's back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days.

    The bible also says we are not to wear clothing made of different materials nor are we allowed to plant different crops in one field. Your wardrobe might be damning you to hell!

    Seriously, Ouija boards and the like are all in good fun. Weird things sometimes happen but I don't think we are in any danger from things like that. John Edward brings comfort to many people whether or not he really is a medium. I for one don't see any problem with that whatsoever.

    My view: I think it is OK to play wiht Ouija boards, for 'fun' or whatever if that's what you're into. I think the 'problem' comes when you actually start to believe it, or think it's telling you something.
