I have given a bear to everyone I know. And i know they will pass it on. Breast cancer does not run in my family but i do have a friend who had a scare last year at the age of 19. After doing a biopsy on her they found it was not cancerous but it puts her in the category of getting it in the future.

I'm glad you started this thread, and that's why I'm bringing it up to the forefront today...
Does anyone know how long this fundraiser will continue? It's a great (and no hassle) idea by the way. :up
Shrinky -- it will continue until the fund reaches $10,000. :up
OK peeps - I did my part. Because, ummmm....... Jewelsy made me. :D

Thanks Everybody. :heart
I can't get over how cute the bear is!
There's also another fabulous site, which donates mammograms to women who can't afford to get a mammogram: www.thebreastcancersite.com
I'm sure most of you have heard of it, but it doesn't hurt to spread the word!
