My friends are giving me a birthday party tonight. I am so excited. We have another friend that has a band and he's playing this great beach bar tonight and so the party is there and it's going to be a madhouse. Over 50 people coming just for this party and what the bar normally has on Sat. night. Going to be a wild time.
I am so blessed with such great friends that would do this for me and for all the ones that are showing up for it.

Well last night I felt 18. Today I feel 88. Much fun was had. Lots of old friends in attendence. Band played all my favorite songs. Have been renamed Sunspot Baby by the lead singer and also good friend. I was showered with free drinks (which is why I feel 88 today), but.......we left the bar and walked 20 feet and up a flight of stairs to our condo and bed, so no driving. Perfect way to party, having condo within crawling distance.
Now need a food and a nap.

At this age and with these knees, I should never have taken the dare "how low can you go?" on the dancefloor.

I should be greatful that it's just my knees, because I could have landed on my butt doing that on the dance floor.

I'm a great aunt again! Paul was born at 3am this morning, 9 lbs 14 oz's. His Mom was huge, and we just knew this would be a hockey player! He's adorable!!!
