My good news is that I joined Curves. I'm planning on going for 1/2 hour Mon - Sat, and will try to use the hours exercising both my body and my spirit. I'm looking forward to the experience.

Have fun, famita! I love to exercise this time of year. The warmer weather and longer hours of sun give you more and more energy, and you start shedding layers of clothes, so start looking slimmer in the mirror just for that reason alone.
