Thanks guys!!! It just sucks that I have to be back at work today. I can't hardly concentrate on work anyway. lol

He's just the sweetest thing ever. He's already making faces at us, he's just too cute. I hate that gas prices are so high and that they live 3 hours from me! I might have to check into a different vehicle with better gas mileage soon so I can afford to visit more often!

I'm going out tonight with girlfriends for a bonafide Girls Night Out. Happy Hour with appetizers first at Kona Grill (they do sushi!) and then who knows where we will end up! Other good news is that I got my bonus from work with a pay increase retroactive to Jan 2008!! It went into my account on the Wed after I was just told about it on the Friday before. So I am splurging for a cab ride home with one of my girlfriends tonight! These are a different set of friends that I don't see often so I'm excited to get all dolled up and have some fun!

- I bought some annual flowers for my flower boxes this weekend.

- I bought some perrenials which I hope will grow once I plant them.

- Two tulips finally flowered.

- My Mom really liked her hand-painted ceremic seahore, seashell and fishy that I made for her bathroom wall for Mother's Day.

- There has been no construction noise for two whole days because we have a long weekend holiday.

- I'm enjoying a long weekend holiday.

- My sweetie is coming up for a quick visit on Friday

My good news today is that my boyfriend had a job interview and he goes into training for work on Tuesday which means he got the job!!!

Thanks all!!! It was a great Friday night. We ended up at Sherlock's - English/Scottish (maybe?) pub after appetizers and drinks at Kona. We had a blast!!!
