Thank you Cricketeen and Gut. My boss said that there will be slow times and he doesn't mind if I surf the web. So you guys haven't seen the last of me yet!

Yes, being in charge is good. Definetly like that.

Miss Kitty, sounds like a very snuggly romantic weekend. Have fun.

I'd rather have a lucky rabbits foot or a 4 leaf clover. Throwing up BAD!!!!!

I've never done that before, but I have found that recently (since my stomach surgery) that I tend to throw up more now if I am stressed or upset or nervous and this NEVER used to happen. In fact, I try to AVOID throwing up at all costs.

Speaking of the stomach surgery, I am just shy of 8 months and am down now 112 pounds!!!!

I've lost a normal size person!

112 pounds!! Wow! Congrats! And on the job as well! I must have missed it--did you have the stomach stapling surgery or was this just a side effect of some other, like ulcer, surgery?

Yes, I had stomach stapling surgery.

I am on a high this week as i can now wear my daughters jeans. Paybacks are hell as for years, she has borrowed my hair dryer, hair spray, brush, just about everything I own except for clothes and shoes. Now I can wear her jeans and I am laughing all the way!

Very cool! Of course now you will buy new clothes and she will start borrowing them!
Did you write about this on FORT elsewhere that I can read about your experience with it? It's an issue in our family, and I'd like to know more about the pluses and minuses. Or maybe it's earlier in "good news"? About when?

My good news...had a dr. appt. today with my primary who had a lot of missing test results. I don't have TB, whooping cough, salmonella or parasites. The list of things I don't have is growing, but still no idea what started my breathing problems. He is ready to send me to a pulmonary specialist which my oncologist was thinking, "give it another month". I've had this mysterious problem for 3 months, so I'm ready to find some answers. My primary also talked a little about steroids down the road if things don't clear up. He says it could help fix things once and for all. Anyone know anything about that topic?
    Count your blessings!
