A B&W photo of a shoeshine guy at Market Square in San Antonio.

I thought I had it saved since I send them all to my cousin for critique. But I only have every other one I've taken. My scanner is packed or I'd post it.

I have to take the good news when it comes and run with it.

My Dad met my step Dad for the first time today and they are getting along well thank goodness.

I also got tickets to two INXS shows --- though I am more excited about the opening act Mr. Marty Casey. I am really looking forward to January now.

My good news for today is that this thread totally cheered me up! I'm so happy for the good news I've read from here over the past week or so. It warmed my heart today.

GNB - things have a way of working out, don't they? I'm getting so tired of hearing the Bloomberg/Ferrer nonsense on TV!!! They need to DO something about the schools! Enjoy your finance job. Sounds very promisiing.

Pom - Yay for the hardtop and Gut's son! He does sound like an angel - but look at his mom!

Syd - congrats on the acceptance!

Big Macs - enjoy! I'd love to visit San Fran someday.

Lildago - YAY on the $500 and the photgraph. I would love to be a better photographer. I just don't have the eye some people have.

Jluvs - sounds like good news to me! How's your dad feeling?

HappyCynic - yay on Mom's mammo!

I good news. It totally cheered me up today.

Well, this isn't much, but today my school's fencing team won our 5th match in a row! (I'm also on the team) That makes us undefeated! I'm so proud of us.

that is so cool, I use to fence too, haven't since the new job and shift change, but i loved it, even if i did get my butt whipped more than I won. Its great exercise and you get to hit kids with a sharp, hard metal whip and its legal. Thats why i got the two guys in my sig dueling it out
