bug. Pretty scary. You're in my thoughts.
bug. Pretty scary. You're in my thoughts.
Bug, count me in on the positive thoughts heading your way. It is good to hear how quickly the doctors are working on him and that they are trying to keep you in the loop with the information you need.
I hope it gives you hope to hear that my grand niece who had a huge tumor (in her abdomen) taken out last year (then under a year old) is now being given a clean bill of health! Doctors can do some amazing things.
bug, bug, bug.......I'm with you, all the way.

Oh bug...I am really sad to hear about this, and hope it turns out to be nothing major.![]()
I have found the Truth and it doesn't make sense.
Bug, I too am sending positive thoughts and prayers. STay positive. Thoughts become things. Think positive thoughts.
I am here for you anytime.
Please keep us updated. Like Gut said, surrounding you and Victor with love and also sending out positive thoughts to the doctor's and nurses that will be caring for him that they will do all they can.

Thank you all for the wonderful thoughts!
One thing the oncologist did say was that the levels of **** in his blood (heck if I know what he actually said!!) were at levels you would normally see in a small child who is still developing. We have a joke, my son and I, that his poor twin got stuck to his liver and has been growing for 17 years and now is throwing a tantrum and wants out! We are keeping spirits high. We laugh alot which is good for all of us. Victor is having a little bit of a hard time eating solid foods because his "twin" is pushing his stomach and he constantly feels like gagging. I think it must feel like when a woman is 9 months pregnant and the baby is just crowding all of the organs. I'm letting him drink those Ensure type drinks to keep some vitamins and minerals in him along with calories because he needs them! Skinny as a stick that one!
The good news is that the rest of his liver looks great, his kidneys, heart, lungs, bladder, etc. all look very good.
Anyway, I'll let you know what happens on Tuesday. More than likely he will need an MRI so the specialist can get a better look at what this is and how to get in there and remove it safely.
Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful moms!
Yup, with donuts!!
Bug, I just got online to see how your son is doing - so glad to hear from you and that the evaluation is going smoothly so far. I hope you hear more good news this week. It is great to read that his other organs look good. Fantastic news, there!
Happy Mother's Day to you!
