    Hi Gut,
    I am sorry to hear about your dog. That's so hard.
    If for some chance you didn't make it to the vet yesterday, perhaps you could call around today and find someone who makes house calls? I know there are a couple of vets in my area that do home visits for pets that are afraid of the vet clinic. They do charge extra for the service, but then there's no car trip to make with a scared dog.
