mrd-hope you feel better real soon.
Jluvs-So sorry to hear about your friend. If you need a shoulder to cry on we're here for you.
This is probably not a big deal, but my dryer is on the fritz. My husband figured out the problem and is Mickey Mousing it until we decide if we should replace it.

    Thank you everyone.

I have decided to name my ulcers. One is named for my daughter and the other is named for any one of the dogs or my husband, take your pick at any given time. (I have to laugh, otherwise there is no otherwise. )

myrosiedog: If you name your ulcers, are you able to count them as dependents and deductions??

My little bad news is that I lost my favorite pink tartan scarf shopping this morning and I can't find out where I lost it; and I lost a nice pair of gold hoop earrings. I had lost one, then found it, and now lost them both. My sweetie called last night to let me know we have another Xmas dinner we are invited to Friday night. I didn't have anything else to wear that really fit or was appropriate so I had to run to the mall and pick up something. I found a nice silk top to go with a pair of black velvet pants, but it was more than I wanted to spend.

Thanks all. Well as much as I've spent on the ulcers, you'd think I could claim them as tax deductions. They should have their own Christmas stockings this year. Maalox and Tums for in them.

Well my hubby tried to revive the dryer with CPR, but it wasn't meant to be, so on our next day off we're going to buy a new one.

SO ... now to figure out how to squeeze those ravioli through cyberspace ?

My trouble is that the stupid, stupid insurance company is still declining my prescriptions and the dr. office is being a pain as well. They keep saying "we'll pass the message to the dr.". Meanwhile I don't have anything that is supposed to help these ulcers heal. I have something to help with the pain, but not the healing. ARGH!!!!
Can you take something alternative or OTC to help the healing ? I know I read somewhere that drinking cabbage juice can help heal ulcers. It sounds disgusting but ...
