Re: Talk about your troubles
:rofl Shaybo You a funny cat.
I sometimes ruffle feathers and it's really hard for me to remain nice after a bit. I love it when people talk about how high their cholesterol is while slathering butter on their toast and eating ten pieces of bacon. I'm far too blunt but I have my periods of calm. But it's nice to hear that others agree with me sometimes :) So thanks.
Re: Talk about your troubles
Wanted to ask everyone for some extra prayers...my grandmother is very ill and she is having to have a complete heart valve replacement probably on Thursday and the best chances they are giving us is 25-30% because of her age..she is a very strong believer in god and when she told them to do the surgery she said that then it would be in gods hands and he would make the choice..so I would appreciate all the extra prayers we can get..THANKS
Re: Talk about your troubles
My thoughts and prayers are with your grandmother and your family.

You have my prayers. :grouphug
Re: Talk about your troubles
Butterflyfaery, you're grandmother will be in our thoughts and prayers.
I have a favor to ask.
A friend of mine's 15 year old son has MRSA. It came in through a scrape on his leg. They think they have caught it early and are treating it as best they can. He is under doctor's care and can't return to school. They don't know how he got it either, other than he scraped his leg.
She's freaking out and I don't blame her.
But just asking for prayers for Jason. I know I would be fearful if it was my child too.
Thanks.
Re: Talk about your troubles
MRSA is SO scary. I have a friend who got it on his face. He had an outbreak while on vacation in Disney World, and then after he came home, had another outbreak. So far, he's been OK since. I'll definitely keep Jason in my prayers.
We had a water problem in my office today. We're on the 10th floor, and on the 12th floor, they had a pipe of some sort break sometime after hours yesterday. When we got in this morning, it was dripping all over one part of the office. But the worst is the smell - I don't know if it's mildew or what it is, but it smells nasty!
Re: Talk about your troubles
butterflyfaery, My thoughts and prayers are with your grandmother! Her faith must be a comfort to her!
MRD, Jason is in my thoughts and prayers. We have been having what they think is MRSA outbreaks in several of the area schools. How scary!
ScoutMom-I hope the smell is not too bad-how gross!! Hope it dries out soon!
Re: Talk about your troubles
MRD - You let Jason and family know that I am thinking of him.
Scoutmom - it's mildew. Need fans in there and if it is a dropped ceiling, the tiles need to be changed before anything gets moldy and the carpet /floor should be cleaned.
