I use sentances like "in FORT today" with my husband, and he just acts as if I am talking about my friend. Or I'll say things like "in FORT we were..."

Now every time American Idol comes on my Husband says "FORT BOARDS?"
Because HE likes me to read him the funny comments people are making along with the show.

I've actually been a member for over a year, but like real life, I do more listening than speaking... but in here that's called lurking so my post count is low. Oh yeah...I too, have had a FORT dream!

[QUOTE=dberk]I watch shows (ex: American Idol) that would NEVER darken my TV screen, if I wasn't looking for another Forum to post under to extend my FORT visits.

That is so funny, I do the same thing. Except the opposite, I watch Idol so I know who everyone is talking about when I read the threads.
Sometimes I watch a show a couple of times like the "Starlet" just because...
But, I usually give up on a iffy show if I think it might get cancelled.
I really get mad when they cancel a reality show i'm interested in.

I must be at the FORT a lot because I'm really, really glad that John doesn't charge us by the minute or the hour.

Fort dreams here, too. My subconscious has some wacky notions about you people.

And I, too, refer to "the fort" in nearly every sentence, and in every story I share with family or friends. I think they are just relieved I've finally found something to keep me off the streets.

I got a lot of work done while there was no FoRT this week. If I really started to think about how much time I spend here.... nevermind
