My girlfriend always teases me about my wearing polo shirts tucked in. I just feel like a slob if it isnt even though she says its the style now.

Nemeses, I feel the same when I see all the "Bohenmian", low cut blue jeans, wrap tops, etc. out there. I have noticed that no one has brought back those godawful "butterfly' shirts yet, but I'm waiting on it. You know, the bright patterned ones with a sleeve that belled out to the elbow, and had an A line shape with the hem hitting aroung the waist.
I have found the Truth and it doesn't make sense.

Shhhhh! Don't give them any ideas. I was in Chicago this weekend and saw swirly patterned mini-dresses straight out of the early 70's. My sister and I both commented that we had had dresses just like that.
    Count your blessings!

When did these designer coffees become de rigueur? I'm amazed that anyone would want to be chewing anything while sipping as well.
By that i mean the coffees with chocolate chips and other syrups in them.

Oh ew. I don't get what this Starbucks craziiness is about. Maybe it's because I don't do coffee, but the thought of 99.9% of these Starbucks beverages makes me neasous.

I hear you kiddo. (ducks as stephanie throws something for calling her kiddo) I am a coffee drinker and while I enjoy a couple of other beverages I think it has gone too far...

Throwing something? Oh no, I'm beating your avatar over the head!

But yeah, a lot of my friends think these de-lux beverages (that cost more than a gallon of gas) are the best thing ever, but I can't bring myself to try them. Maybe it's the choco-choco chips ground into each delicious coffee bean. Maybe it's the million and one different flavors that grace each cup. Maybe it's the choice of 100 different sundae toppings. I don't know, it just doesn't seem like coffee anymore.

Maybe, though, it's because Starbucks coffee always tastes burned .

Go Dunkin Donuts. Or better yet, just stick with home brew. Tastes better, you can control it, you don't have to wait in line at the end, and argue with someone if it's your order or theirs. Just all in all a much more relaxed experience!

A wee off topic here but I just found that a sort of upscale grocery that I shop at now stocks New Yorks Chock full of nuts coffee.. verrry good.

Back onto fads I wish would die - DREADLOCKS on white guys, oh hell black guys, latino guys etc etc.... you get my drift.
