Oh Lord, there are so many! The most important ones are:
* get back on a regular exercise routine
* be more positive (so hard for a natural-born cynic)
* remember that my son is a "tween" and count to 10 before I nag him about being on the phone too durned long
* savor each moment, live in the moment, always remember that life is short and fragile so don't sweat the small stuff
* take work less seriously and play more
