Oh Lord, there are so many! The most important ones are:

    * get back on a regular exercise routine
    * be more positive (so hard for a natural-born cynic)
    * remember that my son is a "tween" and count to 10 before I nag him about being on the phone too durned long
    * savor each moment, live in the moment, always remember that life is short and fragile so don't sweat the small stuff
    * take work less seriously and play more

A friend here at the office has a great philosophy for eating properly: "If it tastes good, spit it out."

Good luck on all those resolutions, everyone. Except for Ducky. Any resolution that results in a smaller chest size seems ill-conceived to me.

I have no resolutions. I always bone them. I hope to do more fiction writing this year, maybe even get a good start on my novel. That would make me the happiest, I think, if I did that. Here's hoping.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

    Here are mine:

    1. Maintain my grad school 4.0 (had to brag a little there, lol)
    2. Just bloody well not bother trying to date anyone anymore, it's not worth it
    3. Keep using that really expensive treadmill I just bought so that I don't have to drive to the gym every day
    4. Practice hard at water skiing/wakeboarding to make a good showing at tourneys
    5. Get my dog and I qualified at ALL basic search skills: urban, wilderness, and disaster search!
    6. Score an incredible job for after I graduate.

There's more, but I think I should stop now!

My resolution is to increase caffeine intake. My friends all tell me I am a little too laid back.
