I don't want to give them up, but I have to unless I want to plump up.
Steak, salad and water are basically what I live on. Though, I eat lots of corn and popcorn (not supposed to) and drink diet coke (not supposed to) and have cheese (not supposed to), but I can't give everything up. It's bad enough I have to eat "pasta casserole without the pasta" or whatever.
I've done it before though. I can do it again.
