w00t! I like mead and dark beers such as porters and trappist ales. Also, "I'll have what you're having" tastes good, too.Originally Posted by Yellow Apple
In a way I'm different online. I'm very self-conscious in real life so I tend to be shy. I don't open up to people until I get to know them for a long time and it usually takes some effort on the other person's part to break the ice and get to know me. Online people can't see me and judge me by my appearance so I feel more open. The people who know me online probably know me better than most of the people who know me in real life.
EVERYONE IN THE POOL(S)!
So You Think You Can Dance 10 starts May 14th.
In real life I'm more to myself and a lot more reserved. I can talk about things a lot easier online, for the most part.

Aloof, yet argumentative. Yep, I am exactly the same in both realities.
All I wanted was a 45, a stinking 45 - the record or the gun. I'd even settle for the damn malt liquor. - Al Bundy.
I'm also pretty similar both offline or online. That's why I'm always amazed at some of these trolls (not on here) and the things they would say. Just because I am sitting behind a keyboard and monitor, I still wouldn't say anything on here that I wouldn't say to your face if we were having a conversation. And I am pretty open and blunt - I am what I am and you either love me or hate me - but everyone always says they always know exactly where they stand with me, and I consider that a good thing.
Ditto. Also, I use the same name, or a variation thereof depending upon availability, at every site I frequent because my views don't change from board to board. I really don't understand why anyone would feel the need to hide who they are across the interwebs. My real name I hide for obvious reasons of security, loose though that may be, but otherwise...
