    Thanks from the Wayners

Thank you all SO much for the wonderful cookie bouquet. My wife is a huge fan of Cookies By Design and I've seen a number of cookie bouquets in my day - this one is by far the most adorable one I've ever seen!

I came home from visiting my wife and Sara in the hospital this evening to find the cookies on the doorstep. I called Carey (yes, Mrs. Wayner has a real name!) and told her what you folks did, and she was floored. She wanted me to be sure and thank all of you for making such a wonderful gesture. Carey and Sara will be staying in the hospital until Friday, so I will probably run the cookies over for them to see tomorrow.

I can't thank you enough. You folks never cease to amaze me with your warmth, caring, and thoughtfulness. This is a gesture that I will truly never forget. I have many blessings in my life, and I count finding you folks among them.

    With felt thanks,
    The Wayner family

We're glad you got them and enjoyed them. Firegirl is the official coordinator, so she deserves 99% of the thanks.

After the Amazing Race has ended this way, I'm afraid I'm too speechless to say much more.

I figured that Firegirl was the instigator. How on Earth she knew that my wife loves cookie bouquets, I'll never know. Seriously, I had planned to buy one for my wife when she comes home from the hospital - it was the perfect gift everyone!!!

BTW, am I ever allowed to go read that thread I'm supposed to stay out of? I'm guessing that the discussion there is about the cookies, but the curiosity is killing me!

Thanks Firegirl. What a great idea.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.
