My oven is digital. All I have to do is press the little square and hold it until it reaches the temp I need. The same with setting the clock.

Thanks. I don't mind doing that, but I'll try to catch the woman who gave it to me first. She works at my school, but our schedules don't match up unless I remember to look for her during my lunch break. I might even be able to figure it out if I'm willing to start punching buttons.

Gut, just Google the make and model number online. There should be a manual there on the website. You can just read how to use the digital oven, or print it all out for future references.

I did that with my parents' stove up at the lake, because they couldn't find the manual that came with the stove. Also did it for their furnace too! Next time they can't find something, I am not even going to bother to look around the house, I will just go online for the answers!

Super idea, Shay. Gut really can't "break" anything experimenting.

    My digital oven is a Kenmore and to set a baking temp, I press: Bake - # - # - # - Start
To turn it off, I press: Clear/Off
To broil, I press Broil once for high, Broil - Broil for low, then Start

If you see the word "cancel" that is how you turn it off. LOL

You're all so kind. I do have a cancel button, so figure that must be the one. I have too many leftovers that need to be eaten before I can make something new.
