I like my first name. It's not one that you hear all the time.

I hated my name growing up, actually I hated the spelling of it moreso than my name itself. I've only ever met one other Carie that spelled her name like me, we had the same middle names, and last initials even so it really messed up our boss at the time. When I was younger all I wanted in the world was a name that you could get on all those personalized things Now I realize that my spelling makes me special and it gets commented on a lot when people see it on my nametag at work.

??? To me, the default font looks smaller than the font that I was using; this one: Arial, size 1. Isn't this font bigger than the default font? It looks like it to me.

um... sorry Marley, but the default size is much bigger than the one you were typing in.

I like my real name, but I've just gotten so used to Pinkie that I answer to it all the time. If you yelled "Pinkie!!!" across the street I would whip around and see who was calling. But my real name is fairly common so I'm not sure if I would notice.

bleah I hate my first name (Karry-Lynn).. mostly because it's hypenated and secondly because it has a weird spelling and no one ever gets it right... and it seems to be a name that is easily whined.
When I was younger I would have chosen to be Meg.. now I just don't have the energy to change

I think that is my favorite of all girls names. I planned to name my last child Elizabeth. Turned out I changed my mind. A ten pound baby boy just didn't look very Elizabeth-y to me.
My name is Mary. Pretty unique, huh?

No, I don't know him....but I'll bet our nicknames come from the same place!
