Great story Sher. But all the folks that follow Survivor about fell over when they read that your friend is CC.

We all know there is only one person in the world named CC.

My story is like sher's. I thought Dylan was just another fuck, but then he kept coming back (damnit). Now we're married and we've been "together" for five years, nearly married for three. (Ah crap when is our anniversary, it's december sometime. Hey. I think its the 9th. LMFAO. We both forgot.)

Seems like there are two kinds of people in the world: those who expect "some" on their anniversary and those who don't. There's usually one of each type in every relationship.

Or is that too cynical an opinion for a "Romantic" thread like this one?
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

I didn't Sher, I'm riding the crimson tide. Also, anniversaries aren't important to me at all. Like, whoopee, let's celebrate the day I was stupid and married you! (Whoops did I say that out loud?)

Paulie, you're being too specific. Please remove "on their anniversary" from your comment and it will be far more accurate.

I was 18 when I met a 14 year old PK. Cutest little blonde I've ever met. We soon became best friends & dated on & off for about 3 years. She was so amazing...we even had a great friendship when we weren't dating. But then she had to move away & I knew I'd never see her again. Hardly even got to say goodbye. I later realized she was "the one" & spent a few years hoping another "one" so perfect would come along. Didn't happen. Moved to another city to start a new job. One of the first friends I made there invited me to a party one night. I show up & guess who meets me at the door? Cute little blonde girl. Total coincidence...she had just moved there too. We were so shocked & thrilled to see each other again. Made me believe in fate. Within a year we were married. Now, 5 years of marriage & a 2 year old daughter later, we are still living happily ever after. Life is grand.
