Thinking like a Child
What is something you thought as a child that made perfect sense then but now of course is just sort of cute and funny...
I thought all dogs were boys and all cats were girls.
I thought my dad was the smartest man in the world because it didn't matter where we were going he knew how to get there,, anywhere ...!!:shrug :dog :kitty
Aww, sweet thread FG. :)
I thought the same thing about my dad! :lol My dad was the smartest man in the world when I was growing up. :) My mom has a funny story about once when I was four, I looked my dad straight in the eye and said "Daddy, can I marry you?" :) Course, I don't remember, but my mom loves that.
Hmm, I'll think more on this subject and see what I can come up with. :)
Being raised in the city, I always thought that anyplace that had trees was considered "the country"-- boy was I ever wrong!
lol Clara.. cute!! When I told my daughter we were taking our puppy to the vet she wanted to know what that was,, I said you know like when you go to a people doctor she has to go to a dog doctor,,
When the vet came in she scoweled at her and said 'your not a dog' she was thinking it would be a dog in scrubs w/a stethascope..
roflmao firegirl! That was funny!
I used to think that all dogs where boys and all cats were girls too.
My children are convinced that they are supposed to get married when they become adults. Lord!, let this please pass soon!
My husband used to bring hamburgers home after work every Monday and Wednesday when I had exercise class. My son thought that he worked at Wendy's for a long time.
Ha Ha feif,, the wendys is funny!! Hey move here to Arkansas if they decide to get married,, at least you'll be in the norm.. kidding of course!!!
another thought all dogs were boys, cats were girls here. :stupid
Haha, I was going to say that, but did not want to offend! Hehe!
I think most of you thought this too...but it's obviously been missed!
I used to think the "old days" were in black and white.
