    GREAT list FG!

    I want to:

    Bungee Jump

    See the Eiffel Tower

    See the Great Barrier Reef

    Open my own psych practice

Get married and have a couple of kids

    Move to a suburb

Write a novel or book of poetry

Go on a reality show (TAR or Mole, preferably)

    Visit Aspen, Colorado

Meet Ken Stafford (Wait, make that marry. )

That's all I can think of now. More later.

I want to go to the Pyramids. I've studied them and the various theories of their construction for much of my adult life.

    Just haven't made it yet.

I want to write a novel. That's it.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

    Why isn't it finished yet?

Dammit, it is hard enough to wait on Precaps, and now I have to wait for the novel...

Funny, Bill, that you should put "why isn't it done yet?" and "precaps" in the same sentence. The two thoughts are quite closely related.

Thanks for the offer, firegirl. If the well runs dry, I'll come a-runnin'.

Really there are only two things I want to see before I die ... and I'd settle for just the first:

    1) see my son grow up to be an adult
    2) see my grandchildren

I've travelled just about everywhere I've wanted to go and done a lot of fun, crazy things. Guess I've gotten old, but now I'm pretty much focused on family and home sweet home.

Oh! I've actually done some of the things on Firegirl's list:

Go to Napa valley and tour wineries, have a picnic there..
Of course, I lived in the Bay Area for 13 years, so this was easy.

sit in a hot tub outside when it is snowing.
On the back deck of a cabin on the shore of Lake Tahoe on a New Year's Eve. It was very cool.

go to Greece and see the ruins
1973 - I was 10 and studying Greek Mythology in school. I'd love to go back as an adult.

Here are some of the things on my list:

    - Go SCUBA diving around the Pacific, anything from Fiji to the wrecks in Truk Lagoon.

    - Go fly fishing in Alaska.

    - Go on a week long backpacking trip in the Rockies with my son (and daughter if she's up for it.)

    - Take my family on a trip to the places I lived in Iran (like that will ever be possible. )

    - Climb more of Colorado's Fourteeners (there are 54 14,000 ft peaks in the state, I've only climbed 7 of them.)

    - Play with my children's children.

    A partial, small list:

    Bungee jump
    Skydive (freefall)
    Hangglide

Visit Australia's Northern Territory and work a ranch
Visit Costa Rica and all of its many sights

Take 2-3 months and go on a driving tour of the US...Counter-clockwise.

    Take the trans-Canada railway

Shoot a par game of golf on a nice course in Hawaii (yeah, RIGHT!)

Spend a month in Utah's Uintah Mountains on horseback, searching for gold (yes, one of my hobbies is treasure hunting)

Spend a month off the coast of Haiti diving for wrecks

Buy a 42' sailboat, and take a trans-Atlantic trip with it
