    Maybe the airports should start checking for Fruit Cakes....

    I am thinking I could re-gift it to my ex..lol... ha ha

    Um lets see to hold the stockings down on the mantle..

    paper weights

    Kill of birds you don't want around..

    wrap a snow ball around it and thow it at someone you don't like.. he he

    Make a lovely center piece,, just drill holes in it and place some candles...

    Fruitcakes, yeah, don't use them for anything. Just toss it the minute whoever gave it to me leaves.

    Sadly I'm the only person in my family that doesn't eat fruitcake. We sit around the desserts on Christmas day and everyone is narfing it down and trying to get me to eat some....oh heck no thanks!! The evil Panetone (sp??) bread is just as bad BLECH!!

    I actually have 2 very good friends that love fruitcake (well, only one kind in particular -- this place called Grandma's fruitcake that comes from this tiny town in Nebraska).

    Anyway, if I get a fruitcake, I give it to them as a gift
