Anyone else have touch of Spring Fever?

This past week, we had a couple days in the 60 degree range. It was sunny and warm enough to drive with the windows rolled down. On the way home on those nights, I heard the frogs chirping in the ponds nearby. Also, I got to get outside for a bit yesterday and do a little bit of yard work/relaxing outside.

Needless to say, I can feel Spring Fever coming on. I am sure the cooler temps are still ahead for the next few weeks, but once I catch the first sounds of the froggies at night, I know that there is hope for warmer days to come.

How about you? Any feverish signs yet?

omg Canada SO! wants to kick your butt right now!

This past week parts of the country have been buried under snow. The east coast got more than a metre (3ft) and where I am in central Ontario we got 40cm (1.25ft) over night.
We don't have Spring fever yet but I think I can safely say we are in the midst of Cabin Fever!

We're actually having somewhat of a reversed spring fever here in "it never rains in Southern California - Albert Hammond" land ..... It's pouring down outside, where's that california sun???

No, I'm not having spring fever.. because its still summer here. The temp is about 35 degree C (sorry, no idea whats that in F), but what kills you is the humidity - about 70-80% - all the time...

Thats what you get when you live in the tropics.....

I am very envious of you Duxxy, I have never seen snow.

Mstvfan, I'm with you! We've had 60-degree weather here in Virginia too this week. Today I got a car wash to take off both snow salt and bird doo. I am *longing* for spring to really show up. But I'll take the birds singing every morning already.

I hate winter in San Francisco. It's rainy and cold right now. And it's foggy in the mornings. And no snow. I haven't seen 70-degree weather in months.

The closest I've had is clearing the ice off of the driveway when the sun hits it. I've had enough winter so if that's Spring Fever bring it on!

Yup, sadly we had a few days that went in the almost 70 range and all the cherry and plum trees started blossoming like crazy. Then a huge windy storm came through and blew off most of the blossoms. I'm so sick of the yard being a mucky mess all the time. I'm such a weather wimp, I need the sun!
