I can tell you I don't have a digital camera.

When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

Here is one of the trees at my office. My boss is from West Texas, in case you can't make it out, the tree is made from barbed wire!

but does it have that fresh pine scent, summer?

I loved unfrozen caveman lawyer - ever so useful phrases like "your laws confuse and frighten me, therefore my client, Mr. BigBucks Polluting Company shouldn't have to comply with your laws . . ."

Summer, now that is a WEST TEXAS tree if I ever saw one. Funny, funny!

Where in West Texas, Summer? I've been to two places there: El Paso and La Mesa. My opinion? That place may not be the rear end of the world, but if it's not, you can see it from there.

We finished putting up our tree last night - I'll try to have pix tomorrow. (And Paulie, sorry I didn't get over with the camera last weekend - trip was cancelled.)

Wayner, he's from a town called Alpine. It is about 4 hrs (i think) from San Antonio (a little less than halfway to El Paso) which is very close to the border and near another town called Marfa. Marfa, strangely enough frequently post the high/low temps in the state.
