    Your tree

How have you decorated /will you decorate your tree this year?

Do you go for an overall colour and theme ar do you just love to load up on as many colours and different decorations as possible?

My tree is all different shades of gold.
We also have some lovely frosted glass decorations.

I usually go with a theme. Last year, I had the red/white/blue theme going. On previous years, I've done gold and red, red and white, purple and white, aqua and white.

I don't ever have themes, but I have gone with just white lights. I dunno what happened, but I just don't like multi-coloured lights any longer.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

No theme. Just volume. We buy new decorations every season, and it's fun to just cram them into the tree year after year.
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

OOHH Fluff, One of my favorite things! I love decorating at Christmas time.

I usually go for many colors.

One year I did everything blue, silver, crystal and white and I thought I would love it but it just wasn't quite right for me. I did not have a flocked tree, so maybe that was the missing link. So now I just try to have all the colors represented.

I still love themed trees and decorating! I think we need some pictures!

For the last three years, we've gone with a red/gold/green color scheme. We have a bunch of decorations, but we always end up buying a few new ones each season. As for lights, we don't use the multi-colored ones; we go with non-blinking white lights...

Um, can I ask a dumb question?

    What is a flocked tree?

Multi-colored lights on the tree, non-flashing. I don't dig flashing lights. I don't want to feel like my tree is having an emergency.
