Wow That's good news... what I don't understand is... I know ppl with this gay virus... I'm in their address books, I use outlook and I haven't gotten the bloody thing yet... (My net proivider says the biggest distributing email in HK is a virus attached to my email which is disguised at my internet bill)

AR Boy, your ISP is likely intercepting e-mails with it. I know Roadrunner is.

John, you must be in thousands of address books.

    I feel your pain.

I have noticed since I tried out the smilies advertised on page 1 here, that I suddenly started to get hundreds of pop-up ads,I was blaming the smilies and uninstalled them ...but I am still getting them.
Also I have been getting all kinds of weird messages from strangers...(no attachments) asking is I want them to strip for me,You have a relative who died and is leaving you all his MILLIONS(hehe),and many more at least 20 per day .(3 from Debbie the Stripper!)
Is this all part of the same virus???

    Weird WP40

I never open any attachments, even from people I know unless they have included a personal letter with it, saying they've scanned it for a virus.

I don't open attachments either, but with windows you can see the body of other messages without clicking on them at all.I just delete them and the n delete the deleted files 5 times a day.We have plenty of virus sweepers here..

Sounds like you're getting Windows Messenger Service messages.

    You on XP?
