    Computer Dilemma...Please Help

When I play CD's on my puter (whether burned or factory) my Volume Control adjusts itself EVERY single song. Why does this happen? It does not occur when I play songs off of my hard drive.

Currently showing are Volume control, Line In, Wave Output, Aux In and CD Audio. The CD Audio level thingie blasts itself up to the top at the beginning of every song. This is of course very loud and also distorts the music. I'm really frustrated and hoping some one can help me.

What program are you using to play the Cd's? WinAmp, RealPlayer, etc?

I have this problem too, but only when I play burned CDs on my computer. I use SonicStage, by the way.

I had that problem, also. When I used any version of Real Player. I don't have that problem at all with MusicMatch or Windows Media Player. Try using one of those programs to see if the problem is fixed.

    Leave it there.
