Pizza toppings

I am baking one of my homemade pizzas right now. What toppings do you like on your pizza? I prefer beef, onions and green peppers. :chef

Mmmm, another hungry-making thread!

I love to have sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, and olives on my pizza.

My husband is from New York, and from an Italian family, so he's showed me the wonders of a plain cheese slice from a pizzeria, adorned only with garlic powder and red pepper flakes. But that has to be real New York pizza, with that delicious dough you can only get with water made there, and a slice that's as large as a car mat.

His mom also makes the best homemade pizza, with fresh buffalo mozzarella and pepperoni. But my favorite of hers is what they call a "white pie": no tomato sauce, just ricotta cheese, mozzarella, broccoli and/or spinach, and lots of garlic. Molto bene!

Pizza Yummmmmmmmmm I like pepperoni, bacon, ham, mushrooms and green olives. Have to have green olives!!!

Mmm... I like Canadian bacon, ground beef, and fresh tomatoes (with salt, of course). With no cheese.

I like mine with basil pesto instead of tomato sauce, with cheese and mushrooms on top.

If we get it from the corner pizza place, we like: double cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, and onions on my half.

If I'm on my own without my wife, I like the meatlovers.

If we're not getting it from the corner pizza place, then we usually skip the double cheese and onions.

MMMMM white pizza!! I only know a couple of places that make it really good, so that's a rare treat. I tend to stick to mushrooms, black olives, and onions as my toppings of choice.
