It's nicer here too. But I'm giving up on ever believing the weather people. They certainly have not been able to predict the weather at all this month! It's frustrating!!

St. Jacobs is a cute little Amish town not too far from Toronto, CCL - just right for a day trip.
I love the farmers market, too, canuck. That's actually where we will be going, along with a trip to Len's in Cambridge, my second favourite fabric store in Ontario. We will also, undoubtedly, be heading to a craft brewery or two to pick up some local beverages for Mr. Rattus. He does love his craft brews.

Honestly, I'd rather have snow if it meant temps that stayed in the -5 range. Instead of this one day -5, the next -35 with the wind.
Since I've lost my weight, I've found that I get cold MUCH faster and stay chilled. I'm sick of it!!! I want warm weather.

While I'd just as soon have neither, I will also, reluctantly, take the cold over the snow. I haven't been able to ride my bike to work in nearly a month, AND I'M GOING MAD. MAD, I TELL YA. The snow removal trucks have been around the past week, though, so I'm going to do a test ride tomorrow and, fingers crossed, I will be able to recommence my preferred form of commuting on Monday. That will make my co-workers happy, because I am one crabby transit rider.
