Smooth peanut butter and honey on toast. yummmm. The toasted bread melts the peanut butter and the honey together, and if you do it just right, it will slide out all over your fingers and plate. Warning: best eaten in the privacy of home.

This one is so easy. I first had it at a place called: La Bodega in Key West about 22 years ago:

Fresh sourdough bread, mayo, lettuce, tomato, turkey, provolone cheese, bacon, avacado and alfafa sprouts.

    I re-create it often. It's fabulous!

But I've also just discovered Wasabi mustard and now am eating deli ham sandwiches with mayo and wasabi mustard, so that's a current and easier favorite than the above one.

Also pulled pork dripping BBQ sauce on a bun with my special coleslaw topping the meat. This is one you have to eat leaning ove the sink!

A place near my work makes the most amazing sandwiches. They are a little pricey, but so worth it. My favorite is honey, goat cheese, walnuts, roasted red peppers and arugola on ciabatta bread.
