Shazzer, Aren't we all *supposed* to gain a few pounds during the holidays? This way we have something for our new years resolutions?

    Hooray, a food thread!

I love turkey on a sourdough roll, with tomatoes, sprouts, a little mustard and mayo.

I also like BLTs, PB&J, and the honey mustard chicken sandwich from Quiznos.

    Yum!

Reubens with some turkey thrown on 'em . . .

Grilled cheese with bacon and tomato . . .

    A Monte Cristo . . .

A sardine sandwich drowned with spicy brown mustard and wall-to-wall with ICE COLD dill pickles.

For right now , that's it!

I can't believe I haven't seen my childhood favorite on this thread yet:

    PEANUT BUTTER and CUCUMBER

Hhhhhhhmmmmmm, it's soooooooooo good, especially on a multi-grain bread.

Then there was this concoction that a little old lady named Ducka Daisy (my grandmother's pal) used to make for us kids: baloney and butter on white bread.

    Ducka Daisy hated children!

joeguy - That sounds horrible .

I used to travel to Dallas alot and fell in love with the cobb sandwich at Fog City Diner. Yummmmm. So good.

I also enjoy tuna melts, Turkey and Avacodo, and good old fashioned BLT's.
