    I know!!!

And they're having a big trade summit in Miami this week, so there are dozens of security helicopters swarming all over downtown, which freaks out the birds. They're flying around haphazardly, cawing like their insane . . . if they start flying into things I'm outta here!

I've never seen the Northern lights. Many years ago I was walking with my boyfriend at night and the moon was really HUGE. I don't mean big, I mean HEEEEEUGE. It appeared to be extremely close to the ground and I refused to walk under that area. Yeah, I'm a toughie alright!

I'd have to agree with everyone on the spiders; that and strange noises at night get to me the most. More than the spiders, walking through or getting hit by a spider web freaks me out as it takes a while to get it off. I've gotten more used to spiders lately, this summer I was painting my parents house on weekends and there were some big spiders up there (and tons of wasps and bees); you can't exactly squash them when you're 30 feet up on a ladder.

I'm freaked out by full moons too! They always seem bigger than the usual crescent moons, and more orangey in colour, and they also look more... ominous. It's quite a silly fear really but I just can't help feeling nervous whenever there's one*shudders*

Wow, this is like therapy. Who knew so many of you have the same strange fears I have?

Yeah, Dex. This one was full and yellowy. It appeared to have fallen towards earth and was very close. I haven't seen anything that looked that close since.

I do like animals but, goats are not my favorite. I don't trust them. They have horns, horizontal slits for pupils and yups, a goatee.

Okay, this will sound really stupid but the song, Teddy Bear's Picnic completely creeps me out!

    Teddy Bear's Picnic

If you go out in the woods today
You're sure of a big surprise
If you go out in the woods today
    You'd better go in disguise

For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
    Today's the day
The teddy bears have their picnic

    Picnic time for teddy bears
    The little teddy bears are
    Having a lovely time today
    Watch them, catch them unawares
And see them picnic on their holiday
    See them gaily gather 'bout
They love to play and shout
    They never have any cares
At six o'clock their mommies and daddies
Will take them home to bed
Because they're tired little teddy bears.

If you go out in the woods today
    You'd better not go alone
It's lovely out in the woods today
But safer to stay at home

For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
    Today's the day
The teddy bears have their picnic

Better not go alone? What kind of lyrics are those for a children's song? Its a weird song and gives me the creeps.

I never heard that one before. Very disturbing

Same as Three Blind Mice.... it's actually rather disturbing

    Three blind mice,
    Three blind mice,
    See how they run!
They all ran after the farmer's wife,
    Who cut off their tails,
    With a carving knife.
Did you ever see such a thing in your life,
    As three blind mice

Why pick on poor handicapped rodents?
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.
