Dr. Pepper does the trick for me. I don't like coffee, and I drink far too much tea each day for it to be effective anymore.

Watch out for the B-12. Or is it B-6? A friend gave me two one time (at work, no less) and it made me feel like I was on speed, AND I peed green. So be careful with the B vitamins.

Oh I wish exercise made me energized, but it don't! I actually need this thread today...as I am about as dead tired as dead tired gits. I've been very FORT deprived lately due to pesky work and I need a pick me up to keep my head from slamming into my computer screen. The B-12 advice is something I've never heard of before! Good tips! (And OTS, you sooo know I'm taking a Emergen-C when I get home...thanks!)

All of my energy is in the morning or late at night. If I had to go somewhere in the evening a 10 minute nap is the probably the only thing that helps. For mid afternoon energy I used to eat a banana, until I went low carb.

Mountain Dew - Loaded with caffeine and sugar. If you're daring take a Primatene tablet (ephedrine)with it. You'll be too wired to accomplish anything, that requires concentration, but it'll wake you up.

***Legal disclaimer - the above suggestion is for entertainment purposes only. Too much epehedrine and you can run into serious problems. ***
